Day 1 - CAIRO

Arrive in Cairo Airport. Our representative will meet you to help with any airport formalities, and transfer you to your hotel. There you will meet your tour leader who will brief you about your Egypt Tour. Free evening. Overnight at your Hotel.

Day 2 - CAIRO

After breakfast, your knowledgeable and friendly guide will accompany you to the awe-inspiring Sphinx and Giza Pyramids. Then to Sakkara to see the unique step pyramid of Zoser and ancient tombs. Overnight on A/C bus to Aswan. Breakfast included.

THE PROGRAMME

Day 3 - LUXOR

Arrive in Luxor, and be transferred to your local hotel. Luxor is the modern name of the the ancient city of Thebes, and is the home of some of the greatest monuments of the past. Begin your day with a tour of the East Bank of the Nile, home of the immense Karnak Temple, possibly Egypt’s most important temple. Also experience the magnificent Luxor Temple and its Avenue of Sphinxes. Overnight stay at your hotel in Luxor.

Day 4 – LUXOR, CAIRO

After breakfast, your day starts with the incredible West Bank of Luxor. See the world famous Valley of the Kings, home of the tomb of King Tut. Then on to the Temple of Hatshepsut (Deir al-Bahri), designed for the only woman Pharaoh of Egypt by her lover. Finally, stand beneath the gigantic Colossi of Memnon. Overnight train to Cairo. Breakfast included.

Day 5 - CAIRO

Arrive in Cairo, be transferred to your hotel, and you will start your last day in Egypt with the Egyptian museum, the old city of Cairo (where you can explore the Coptic area with the Hanging Church and the Ben Ezra Synagogue). Then to the massive medieval citadel of Saladin containing the Mosque of Mohamed Ali. Finally to Cairo’s most famous open market Bazaar Khan El Khalili, with the numerous souvenir, clothing, spice and coffee shops. Overnight at your hotel in Cairo.

Day 6 - CAIRO AND FLY HOME

After breakfast the trip will wonderfully end in Cairo where it began. Transfer to the airport. Take your memories and adventure with you on the flight home.

BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY

Upon booking your holiday with Go Tour Egypt a 50% deposit per person per tour is required to confirm your reservation.

Please note that, Go Tour Egypt does not cover any international money transfer charges. However, we don't charge "Local Payment", or charge any "Additional Internal Taxes", like some other travel companies.

TRAVEL PAYMENT DETAILS
Before buying any Tour from any Travel Company we recommend that you look to see if there is a Local Payment charge.

Once we have received your chosen travel arrangements as well as your deposit, you will be sent an e-mailed confirmation. Check this confirmation together with all other documents to ensure they fully agree with your instructions.

Following confirmation, we will email you a receipt/invoice of the remaining balance to be paid either by Cash/Direct Deposit/Visa/Master Card or Travelers Cheque upon your arrival in Cairo.

Although many payment options are available for you, Go Tour Egypt recommends payment in cash*. This is because Banks in Egypt charge a 20% commission on International Credit Card processing.
